Q: How do I determine my size?
Check the standard size chart on each product page, which provides measurements in inches (in).
Q: How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order through our website or the carrier’s website. For further assistance, please contact our customer service team.

Q: Do I need to register in order to place an order?
We recommend that all our customers register with us, to get the best service and offers available. However, you can also checkout as a guest or log in with Facebook, Google.
Being a registered user, one can avail several benefits that are favorable :
1. Updates on what is the latest in store.
2. Save your address and view order status.
3. Make and manage your returns and exchange from your account (Only for India).
4. Save shipping details.
5. Get special promotional codes/reward points.
Q: How do I register?
You can register by simply setting up an email address and a password. Sign in to view what is already in your shopping cart. You can also opt to sign in using Facebook, Google.
Q: I forgot my password, How do I change it?
If you have forgotten your password, simply click on ‘Forgot password’ and you will be redirected to an email where you can reset your password.
Q: How do I place an order on your website?
Select the product, choose your size, and click “Add to Cart.” Proceed to checkout by clicking the “Checkout” button and enter payment and delivery details.
Q: How do I apply a promo code?
Apply the promo code on the shipping page, visible after entering customer information.
Q: What happens after I place my order?
You’ll receive a confirmation email. Your order will be processed, packed, and shipped from our Ludhiana warehouse. You’ll get a tracking ID to monitor your order's delivery.

Q: What payment methods are accepted?
We accept major credit and debit cards, net banking, UPI, EMI, wallets (Freecharge, Mobikwik, JioMoney, Paytm), and Cash on delivery
Q: What additional duties and taxes will I have to pay?
All product prices for customers in India are inclusive of all taxes and duties. For customers overseas, all product prices (on a Delivery Duty Unpaid basis) displayed are exclusive of all import duties.
Q: Is it safe to enter my credit card details online?
Yes, we do not store your card details. Payments are processed through a secure site with authorization from your card issuer.
Shipping & Delivery
Q: What are the shipping charges?
Domestic shipping is included in the MRP. For international orders, charges are based on weight.
Q: Can I request urgent delivery?
Yes, there are some products listed under express delivery.
Q: What is the delivery time?
Standard shipping takes 7-8 working days. Express shipping (currently unavailable) takes 2 working days.
Q: Can I ship to multiple addresses?
Each order ships to a single address. Place separate orders for different addresses.
Returns, Replacement & Refunds
Q: Do you accept returns?
Currently, we do not accept returns except for damaged or incorrect products.
Q: What if I receive a damaged product?

Q: Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel within 24 hours of placing the order. Email care.womelle@gmail.com with your order number.
Q: How will I be refunded for cancellations or returns?
Refunds will be credited as credit points to your Womelle wallet or your given bank account, usable for future purchases.
